Weldingmachine has single angle welding, dual angle welding and three angles welding.Door gasket welding qualified rate is higher than percent 99.8.
Singleangle welding: 60mm*60mm, 500 to 600 frames/shift.
Dual anglewelding：45mm*45mm，800 to 850frames/shift.
Three anglewelding：30mm*30mm,1000 to 1100 frames/shift.
Safety:
a. Mould of the front that installedboth hands start button, photoelectric switch and limit switch.
Both hands at the same time press thestart button to be welding mould not shut before, the hands touch photoelectricswitch that process be stopped, and right-left mould can’t shut, so prevent tobe injured. But proper functioning, don’t touch photoelectric switch.
Beforeinsert door gasket，before and after don’t automatic shut. Afterinsert door gasket, and both hands start limit switch, the mould just can shut,so prevent to be injured.

Distributionbox used disconnecting switch of HZ12-5, only switch off can open distributionbox, so prevent electric shock, and ensure safety of the operator andmaintenance personnel
